Common questions

Can I start on Tier 1 and upgrade later?
Yes. Every tier is a superset of the one below it. Your data — skill profiles, candidate history, employee records — all carries forward automatically on upgrade. There is no re-onboarding.
How is "per employee" counted?
We count active employees in your organisation at the start of each billing period. Candidates in your pipeline are not counted — only employees on your headcount. If you downsize, your next renewal reflects the lower headcount.

What does "annual contract only" mean?
All contracts are billed annually. You pay for 12 months upfront and get a 15% discount vs monthly equivalent. We do not offer month-to-month billing at launch. Early design partners get flexible terms.
Is there a minimum headcount?
Our sweet spot is 200–2,000 employees. We can onboard organisations as small as 100 employees. Below 100, the skill graph has too few data points to generate meaningful recommendations.
Do prices include GST?
All prices shown are exclusive of GST. GST at 18% will be added at invoicing. We issue proper GST invoices for all contracts.
Can we get a custom plan?
